Larry Ridges
Larry is on a mission to help people succeed in their careers and inspire people to develop and grow. Larry loves working with clients on a range of people development projects that genuinely add value and impact the way people perform and in turn progress their careers.
Larry founded elr TALENT with a vision of inspiring people development and helping business leaders maximise value through their teams.
Larry has had an international career in Talent, L&D, and People teams across a wide range of industries spanning 20 years. Having worked across Europe, The Middle East, and The West Indies he has had great exposure to different working practices, cultures, and approaches to people development.
Over his career, Larry has developed himself in order to be able to best serve his clients and stakeholders. Being a practitioner of Psychometrics such as Insights Discovery & Hogan serves him well when developing leadership and coaching programmes and leveraging his CIPD qualification sets him up to have great people conversations with his clients.
Ultimately, it’s being able to work with clients, understand their world, and create pragmatic and innovative solutions which is what Larry & elr Talent is all about.
Jess Rixon
Jess has 12 years in Learning & Development, with over 10 years designing and developing imaginative and innovative e-learning, using Articulate 360; Storyline 3, Rise, Peek, Vyond (Go Animate), Creative Cloud suite and video editing tools such as Camtasia, to produce micro, bite size engaging learning pieces.
Jess partners with ELR on all things digital learning related and helps to create amazing content as well as delivering a best in class solution based on the needs of our clients.
