our coaching workshops are designed for those who want to acquire or develop the coaching skills they need to help drive business performance. these workshops are ideal for leaders and managers and are agnostic to anyone’s areas of expertise. Designed to be an informal yet professional development experience learners will be given insight into a range of tools & techniques to coaching and an understanding of some key skills and principles that underpin what coaching is all about.
